About the Founder/Owner: Carl “Klutch” Klotzsche is a retired Navy Captain and 27-year military combat veteran, renowned for his leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. With a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, two Master’s degrees—one in Business and Operations and one in National Security and Resource Strategy from the prestigious Eisenhower School—and as the first Navy Officer to earn certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Klutch brings a wealth of knowledge to the world of business consulting and marketing.

During his distinguished naval career, Klutch held pivotal roles in intelligence, operations, strategic communications, and program management. He was recognized as the top Officer Recruiter in the country and the Instructor of the Year for sales, marketing, and recruiting. His leadership and experience managing teams and organizations of up to 1,200 personnel in high-pressure environments have shaped his approach to driving results in the business world.
